Yoga: is an ancient spiritual practices originating in India. As a general term in Hinduism it has been defined as referring to "disciplines of asceticism and meditation which are thought to lead to spiritual experience and profound understanding or insight into the nature of existence".

Today everyone goes through stress and depression which leads you to many physical and mental illness. Yoga helps in not only healing those illness but also helps us in Developing our Inner Potentials Experiencing Peace and Bliss Problems of stress and depression improves concentration and awareness. realising and developing self understanding our situations and how to act.

Considering these factors, Metro road systems Organised a small yoga class for its employees on the 11th of the august at Hari Nagar sports complex, and to the amazement of all we had a good time doing those aasans,though some of them made us sweat but all in all it was a good learing experience and a class to remember.
