Awarded for the first overseas project of Automatic Traffic Classifier and Counter (ATCC)

Metro Infrasys Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded its first overseas project of Automatic Traffic Classifier and Counter (ATCC) by Patel Engineering ltd, Mumbai. The traffic management system will be installed at Djibouti in Africa for counting and classification of Vehicles.

Looking at the maturity of market for intelligent transportation systems and Parking system, Metro Infrasys seeks to expand its operation in African and West Asian countries, in near future.

Bagged prestigious award of Parking Management at new NDMC building for Commonwealth games

MRS has been awarded Parking Management Project at New NDMC building for Commonwealth Games. The project entails parking management and guidance system at 3 basement floors having capacity for 800 vehicles.

New Delhi Municipal Corporation (NDMC) covers the Prime area of the National Capital Territory of Delhi that comprises the seat of the Central Government, Rashtrapati Bhawan, Houses of Parliament, Major government offices and Connaught Place.

Metro Road system a leading company in Intelligent Road system and highway traffic management system becomes a division of Metro Infrasys, which has been formed to meet the growing requirements of Infrastructure construction and development sector.

Metro Infrasys Pvt. Ltd. has been formed with the aim of bridging the wide gap between the potential demand for infrastructure for high growth and the available supply. Presently, India being the seventh largest country in the world witnesses huge shortfall between the developments done against the set target, especially in transportation sector.

 

Introduced and successfully implemented Electronic Toll Collection system at Delhi-Gurgaon Expressway at National Highway-08, the largest toll management system in India

Metro Road Systems together with Kapsch Trafficom successfully implemented Toll Collection Systems for 59Lanes in 3 interconnected Toll Plazas on Delhi Gurgaon Expressway on NH-08 for DS Constructions. The main Toll plaza is composed of 32+4 reversible Toll Lanes, out of which 6 lanes have automatic toll collection system installed. Presently, 80,000 vehicles have got electronic tags which are expected to increase at 10% every year.

This system eliminates the delay on expressways by electronic toll collection. The system determines whether the vehicles passing are registered in the program alerts authorities for those that are not, and electronically debits the accounts of registered vehicle owners without requiring them to stop.
